Terms and Conditions – Refer a Friend to Plaza Real Estate (including Sponsorship Partners)

PART A – Qualifying for the Program

If a referred person enters into an Exclusive Sales Agency Agreement with Plaza Real Estate and subsequently sells their property through Plaza Real Estate, the person or club who made the referral will receive a Referral Thank-You Payment of the amount nominated in the current Refer a Friend promotion.

Eligibility

(a) The referred person must not have already received an appraisal from Plaza Real Estate at the time the referral is received.
(b) The referred person must not have already signed an Exclusive Sales Agency Agreement with Plaza Real Estate.
(c) The referred person must not already appear in Plaza Real Estate’s client database at the time of referral.
(d) The referred person must not be a spouse or co-owner of the referrer.
(e) The referrer must advise their friend that their details will be passed on to Plaza Real Estate so they know to expect contact.
(f) The referral must be received and approved before the referred person signs an Exclusive Sales Agency Agreement.
(g) The referred person must list and sell their property with Plaza Real Estate.
(h) The referral payment will be provided within 14 days of settlement of the sale.
(i) There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make.
For example, if you refer 10 people or clubs who each list and sell through Plaza Real Estate, you’ll receive 10 referral payments (provided all other conditions are met).

PART B – Definitions and General Conditions

Referrer: The person or club representative who refers a new client to Plaza Real Estate.
Referred Friend: The person or persons referred to Plaza Real Estate by the referrer.

1. Participation in this program constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

2. This program is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Anyone under 18 must refer through a parent, guardian, or club official.

3. Plaza Real Estate reserves the right to vary or terminate this program at any time, or to modify the amount, timing, or criteria of referral rewards at its discretion.

4. By participating, you consent to Plaza Real Estate using your name and image in promotional materials, in print or online, without further approval or compensation.

5. The Promoter is Plaza Real Estate, ABN 70 149 986 630, 1 Truscott Street, Modbury Heights SA 5092.

Tax and Disclosure

Referral thank-you payments are made as gestures of appreciation. They are not wages or contractor payments. Referrers are responsible for declaring any such payments to the Australian Taxation Office if required.
Plaza Real Estate acts transparently and does not make or receive undisclosed commissions or payments.
