Terms and Conditions of Refer a Friend to Plaza Real Estate… Including Sponsorship Partners.
PART A:
Qualifying for the Refer a Friend promotion
If the Referred Person/s enters into an Exclusive Sales Agency Agreement to sell a property and subsequently sells the property with Plaza Real Estate, then the Person or Club who gave the referral will receive a Gift of Cash to the value as Nominated in the Refer a Friend Promotion.
Eligibility for Refer a Friend
(a) The Referred Person/s must not be a person who has already received an Appraisal by Plaza Real Estate at the time of Plaza Real Estate receiving the referral.
(b) The Referred Person/s must not be a person who has already signed an Exclusive Sales Agency Agreement at the time of Plaza Real Estate receiving the referral from the Referrer.
(c) The Referred Person/s must not be a person who is already on a database of Plaza Real Estate at the time of Plaza Real Estate receiving the referral.
(d) The Referred Person/s must not be a spouse or partner who shares property ownership with the referrer.
(e) You must advise your friend that you will pass on their details to Plaza Real Estate. This is simply a courtesy, so they can expect to be contacted by us.
(f) The Refer A Friend eligible referral must be provided and approved prior to an Exclusive Sales Agency Agreement being signed by the Referred Friend.
(g) The Referred Friend must sign an Exclusive Sales Agency Agreement with Plaza Real Estate.
(h) The Referred Friend must sell their property with Plaza Real Estate.
(i) The Gift will be provided to the Referrer within 14 days of settlement of the Contract/s for Sale of the Referred Friends property.
(j) As a Referrer, you can refer, as many people and times as you like.
For example: Say you Referred 10 Friends or Colleagues, Co-workers, Clients, Staff members, Club members or non-members, Acquaintances, Neighbours and so on. Then if these same 10 Listed & Sold with Plaza Real Estate over a period of time (providing the other conditions are met) then you will be rewarded 10 times. Why not make it even more?
Sponsored Clubs may well earn multiple times this amount.
There is NO LIMIT to how many Refer a Friends you can refer.
PART B:
Definitions of Refer a Friend
“Referrer”- the person or sponsored club representative, who refers their friend to Plaza Real Estate.
“Referred Friend” – the person or persons referred to Plaza Real Estate by the Referrer.
(i) Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Offer not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
(ii) This promotion is only open to Australian residents 18 years & over. Younger persons looking to refer will need to do so through their parent or guardian or club official.
(iii) The Promoter reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions without notice, to modify, reschedule or terminate the promotion or to modify or extend the promotion and criteria of the Promotion at its discretion.
(iv) By entering the promotion, the participant consents to take part in any publicity accompanying or resulting from this promotion, and for his/her name and image to be used for publicity purposes by the Promoter in printed and/or online formats without the need for further approval or compensation and for an unlimited period of time.
(v) The Promoter is Plaza Real Estate, ABN 70 149 986 630 of 10 Kimberley Avenue, Modbury North SA 5092.
PS We would rather reward clubs that need financial assistance, our past clients, friends and people that like & trust us rather than pay for advertising.
